Anna Holt
Psychologist

Anna is a warm and empathetic psychologist with a strong focus on supporting individuals to thrive in both their studies and personal growth. She takes a client-centred, collaborative approach to therapy, prioritising the unique learning needs of each individual.

Anna is particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges associated with specific learning disorders (e.g. Dyslexia, Dyscalculia), ADHD and Autism. She works with clients to build self-awareness, develop coping and executive functioning strategies and uncover their strengths in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Anna’s practice is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema-Informed Therapy. She is dedicated to assisting individuals with academic-related struggles, anxiety, stress, burnout, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, helping them develop skills for improved learning and emotional well-being.

In addition to therapy, Anna offers psycho-educational, ADHD and Autism assessments for children, young-adults and adults, collaborating with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure that individuals receive the support they need.

From February 2025 Anna will be offering individual consultations and assessments.
