Mandy is a Clinical Psychologist who provides a client-centred approach using evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy. She has experience working with teenagers and adults across a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotion dysregulation disorders, eating disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and addictions. Mandy also has expertise in providing psychological interventions to support people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
